Wouldn’t you do anything to get that body you have always longed after and sure as heck dreamed for? Wouldn’t we all! Well you need diets that work, it really isn’t that far from your reach. A lot of people who go on diets start off with some FAD diet that hasn’t had any success stories or scientific evidence to prove that the diet really works. Instead they should research the vast diets that are out there and see which one can fit into their lifestyles and dietary requirements best. You can’t exactly go on a diet that consists mainly of eating certain foods when you know you can’t take it.
Start off with a goal in mind, this goal can be how much you want to lose or it can simply be the sheer willpower of sticking to the diet plan. Once you have set yourself a goal do your research. It’s not rocket science. All you have to do is go onto the internet and do a search on the diet name if you have one in mind, if not just search for proven diets that work and an array of diets will be at your fingertips. Almost all diets are accessible through the internet, there are a few that you will need to buy the book in order to get all the recipes etc., just like Master Juice Diet by Jason Vale. This is the 7 day juice diet, all the juicing recipes are in the book. So the majority of diets are free to do or have a small initial cost that’s not much. However the likes of diet plans that you sign up for and have weekly meetings and weigh ins will cost you a lot of money.
Have a look on diet forums too. The forums are full of eager fellow dieters who have very useful and unbiased tips and reviews on proven diets that work well. Diet forums are a great way to keep motivated and help you along the way.

The Atkins Diet
I lost 3 stone (42lbs) in 5 months. This diet I would highly recommend
The Master Juice Diet
This is the one I had to buy the book to follow recipes for, however it was worth every penny. The book is inexpensive and the diet is top notch, it cleanses your system out very well. I lost 9lbs in the 7 days on this one.
The Cabbage Soup Diet
A lot of people will be put off of this one due to the sheer volume of cabbage involved, again it is a fantastic cleanser for your body, I lost 16lbs in 2 weeks.
The 5:2 Diet
This is one of the newer diets that everyone is beginning to learn about. I lost 20lbs in 3 weeks. This diet was personally my favorite diet out of my list as I felt like I could eat anything compared to the others I done.
